Generali Solo 2015

A good opportunity to discover another world of racing in the heart of a pro-organisation: Pen Duick with brillant race director Gilles CHIORRI, former participant himself.

On this race,  young sailors as Marc MALLARET can play with superpros as Gildas MORVAN and  offshore glories as Alain GAUTIER  .

All these 22 singlesailors fight with same monotype "Figaro Beneteau 2" (10m long) during

3 weeks of competition including:

-> Costal dayraces in front of Sete, Nice and Barcelona.

-> 2 offshore passages : Sete to Nice (354 m) and Nice to Barcelona (420 m).

Between Nice and Barcelona:

A long waiting party without wind to leave french Riviera,

then glorious surf before

heavy rain with swell  in Barcelona.

This is a game for real sailors,  but not only as they have to fight couple of days later on costal races and olympic type course.
