What a beautiful event this CIP ! the best optifrenchies under 16  fight to obtain a place in IODA world and european championship.

I helped Jean Claude, former active YCC president to obtain this event in Cannes. Objective was to prepare a yearly ambitious international regatta with first session in october 2016. Jim, my son who finished second last year could easy help to promote the event around the best world optisailors and their families...

Staff and volunteers worked hard with help of city and this CIP was a great success… but Jean Claude is no more with us and YCC choiced to promote another event the "Cannes sailing cup" (sea further)…These pictures, done to prepare promotion of event) remain : Volunteers' preparation and 2 days with benjamins/Minimes3 sailors. A very incomplete covering !
