We arrive in Belep main anchorage in Wala on ile Art to do "coutume"; as often , a no touristic island offer nothing special but all we look for when we cruise: Authentic local life and atypic cruisers and no car onshore; Along the 3 small boats in the bay: A real adventurer. Santiago, the single handler from Uruguay keeping on his quest to PPNG,  a colorfull couple of spanish(?) promoting galician independance on their T shirts, an Dominique, the teacher we met in Hienghène  who arrived withs 3 friends on  his tiny camping cat PLUM,  docked behind the micro pier for a friendly refill.: some of his schoolboys are from here. Our "coutume" is enriched from one king mackerel and we can freely walk around the green and extended village.
