1810 NC SAILING TO THE BELEP
We start a few hours too early as huge quantity of water ll fall on the way north, especially on this place not far from highest peak of NZ mont PANIER;Local charts are very good here and channel between reef n mainland wide enough but so little visibility at 10+knots is a more than stressfull; danger is moslty from a wooden wreck; we try 2 anchorages on the way to Belep one behind the reef Tiari the other one closed to St Phall island but water was not as clear as we dreamed, a bit logical after all this rain. We continue north with a very successfull fishing party.
Scotland ? no... just windward of mont Panier this day...
Claods already unload on the mountain

These waterfall can much nicer with a bit of sun
Starting the rain party, no way to see Pam
10k+ speed with wave protection of reef barrier n weight of so much water

Stll with a bit a visibility
The worst is over
Much better as soon as no more mountain leeward

Clearing, but water need time to clear too, even nore north
This isnthe "Tazard" season nthey are hungry !
Enough...one of these pieces ll be offered to Beleo authority with the Kava

Outremer 55 light offer superb working space...fridge is filling !
